For the last 6 years Maurya Kala Parisar has been organizing the ethnic food festival and this year it was supposed to be our 7th time but COVID19 spoiled our events but definitely not our enthusiasm. Even in this time of distress our zeal and zest were like before which definitely helped us in conducting our food festival. Social distancing, lockdown, limited resources but our members proved it that we are unstoppable. We cooked, we presented but this time it was a virtual food contest and many of us came up with their best dishes. It was a tough contest. And in the end, we got the best dishes and our master-chefs.
1st prize:- Khushbu Mishra for “eggless egg curry”
2nd prize:- Supriya Singh for “chicken kadhai”
3rd prize:- Shweta Shruti for “anarsa” and Suchitra Deo for “dal pithy”.
Congratulations to all the winners and also to the participants who showed so much interest in the competition and participated.
